Dr. Lisa Shandley

Reproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Lisa Shandley, MD, is a reproductive endocrinologist. She graduated cum laude from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, then matriculated Emory University in Atlanta for her M.D, OB/GYN residency and REI fellowship.

Dr. Shandley is known for her warm, approachable nature and personalized care. She’s passionate about making patients feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout every step of their fertility journey.

Dr. Elizabeth Puscheck

Reproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Elizabeth Puscheck, MD, MS, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist.

Dr. Puscheck graduated from University of Chicago undergraduate and Washington University Medical School in St. Louis. She did her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Barnes Hospital and Reproductive Endocrine and Infertility fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia.
Following completion of her fellowships, she attained her MBA in healthcare and health administration from the University of Tennessee. Dr. Puscheck is board certified in both Obstetrics/Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Puscheck is known for her deep expertise, innovative thinking, and caring, collaborative approach. She is passionate about empowering patients through education, personalized treatment, and unwavering support.

Dr. Thanh-Ha Luu

Reproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Thanh-Ha Luu, MD, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist.

She earned her medical degree from the Rush University Medical College in Chicago. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Cleveland Clinic and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Colorado.  Dr. Luu is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and board certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Dr. Luu is known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and deep commitment to supporting patients with empathy, transparency, and personalized guidance throughout their fertility journey.

Dr. Paul Magarelli

Reproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Paul Magarelli is a double board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) specialist with over 25 years of experience. He earned his MD, PhD, and MS in Nutritional Biochemistry from the University of Arizona, completed his OB/GYN residency at Duke University Medical Center, and pursued a fellowship in REI at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai. He is currently the Clinical Dean of The IVF Academy USA.

Dr. Magarelli is recognized as a pioneer in integrative reproductive medicine. Beyond his clinical expertise, patients are drawn to Dr. Magarelli’s warm, welcoming personality and exceptional bedside manner. 

 Dr. Magarelli is known for creating a compassionate and inclusive environment, taking the time to ensure each patient feels heard, understood, and cared for throughout their journey.
